Trust Issues...Maybe.
Everyone has a secret. Sure, some people say that they're an open book, but everyone all has that one dark secret that no one on this Earth knows. Maybe it's a very bad habit. Maybe it's an embarrassing crush. Maybe it's about when you rubbed your snot on a friend.
Moving on, on a nicer tone, everyone has lighter secrets as well. What do I mean by 'lighter'? Like innocent secrets. Our crushes. Our middle names. Our truths for Truth or Dare. The ones that don't really hurt/affect anyone really. Yeah, they're a bit embarrassing or weird, but they aren't that deep...Nothing is scarring...Nothing you're ashamed of.
On with the topic! Most Olympians have trust issues. Well..At least Gabriella, Bobby, Ainsley, Angela, Justin, Aneesha, Alex, etc. You get the gist. I guess they aren't always really trust issues, but they are hesitant to trust anyone with a small secret... Some of it's my fault. Some of it's past experince. Some of it's both.
There's always secrets going around. Usually it's about who someone likes. For me, lately, it's a plan on how to ruin my life for one day. YEAH GABI AND BOBBY! I'M TALKING TO YOU! *clears throat* ANYWAYS. With those secrets going around, everybody has reasons to keep stuff to themselves. No one wants to be shunned for liking an untolerable person. No one wants to be ridiculed for one tiny mistake. No one wants to be teased for their middle name. No one wants anyone to have too much power over them.
Yet almost everything slips out at one point. Then, word gets around. Then, it seems like everyone knows. But until that day happens, we put up defenses. We stay quiet, never bringing up a topic related to the secret. We laugh at the Truth questions and Dares that revolve around the secret and chicken out. We lie about it or insult the person who asked about it. We almost try and do anything/everything to keep it hidden from society.
Do I think all Olympians have trust issues? Nope, but I do think that around 10 Olympians do though. Do I think you are procastinating as you read this? Yep.
With that weird note, I'll be ending this filler post. Hopefully, I won't be the only blogger on here. Womp womp Queen Caitlin Out.
